INTRODUCTION
People in the world look for success. Everyone is busy with something. However, there is emptiness in the soul. We ask ourselves, “Why do we want to be successful?” “Is life merely live, work, sleep, and die?” “There must be more than this.” This brings us to the question of beginning. Everyone has a beginning. The Bible begins with a beginning. So today we will read the story of our beginning in the book of Genesis 1:1-2:3, and draw out spiritual lessons from this important passage.
