It gives God pleasure to meet the needs of His creation, especially His children. Worshipping Him opens-up our lives to receive all His blessings which He delights to pour into our lives. In the 5 offerings in Leviticus, we see a picture of Jesus, the perfect man being offered to God which pleases Him, which is approved and sealed with His fire.
Whatever we offer to God, has first been given to us by God. (1 John 4:19).
