INTRODUCTION
The overarching theme of Ruth is the providence of God. God’s providence is defined as His unseen hands at work in the lives of those who are fully submitted to Him. Three times in this book is it mentioned that “it happened”. It is not by chance, luck or fate but it is God arranging the events and circumstances of our life to an appointed end – TO MANIFEST HIS GLORY!
