INTRODUCTION
In 2022, Good Friday coincides with the Passover, and Easter with the Feast of First Fruits. God wants us to remember this most significant event that changed the destiny of Israel and the whole world. In the Passover, the Passover Lamb was killed, and the blood applied to the doors of every dwelling of the Israelites in Egypt. When God poured out His judgment in the slaying of the firstborn of Egypt, the Israelites were spared from judgment. The Passover Lamb in the OT is only a shadow pointing to the substance.
