INTRODUCTION
Christmas makes death the gateway to Heaven because Jesus was born to die and rise again so that man may have eternal life in heaven after death.
Paul summed up his defense in Acts 26 that it was for preaching the Resurrection of the dead that he was in chains. This is THE BLESSED HOPE that all believers in Christ now have – Resurrection from the dead. The proof of His resurrection is that His church will be empowered by His Spirit to live godly lives that manifest the presence and power of God. In the story of Acts 27 the mystery of godliness was revealed in the life of Paul in a ship-wreak. In a time when all hope was lost, Paul who was called of God to be a minister and a witness, proclaimed THE BLESSED HOPE in God and gave witness to the living Christ who dwelt in him.
