INTRODUCTION |
Ps 46:10 Be still and know that I am God. This is the command and invitation of God to us during times of turmoil and troubles. He wants us to know – to experience Him personally and be strengthened in Him. The LORD repeatedly said to His people, “I AM THE LORD YOUR GOD!” He is saying to us that we have HIM! Do we know HOW BLESSED we are to have THE LORD? Jeremiah declared in Lam 3:24 “The LORD is my portion,” says my soul, “Therefore I hope in Him!”
Understanding the context of this verse will certainly encourage us to hope in Him.
