INTRODUCTION
EZEKIEL was a priest and a prophet who lived and served in the
darkest times of Israel – during the 70 years of exile in captivity in
Babylon. It was a time when Israel’s armies had been destroyed;
their home country totally devastated, their temple torn down and
burned. Life could not have been worse. They were reaping the
consequences of their sins as a nation YET the Lord gave this
PROMISE to them in Ezekiel 37:14 I will put My Spirit in you, and
you shall live, and I will place you in your own land. Then you
shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken it and performed it,”
says the Lord.’ ”
Against ALL HOPE God gave them a glorious HOPE!
