INTRODUCTION
Psalm 142 is a Psalm of David when he was fleeing from Saul who was seeking to kill
him. David had just defeated Goliath and was given the King’s daughter to be his wife.
He didn’t do anything to deserve such troubles or adversities. He had escaped and hid
in the dark cave Of Adullam. He could not go anywhere or find any help. Many of us
may find ourselves in a “dark cave” because of this pandemic for no fault of ours. What
David did is a precious lesson to us.
