INTRODUCTION – WHY CHURCH IS IMPORTANT? |
The values of the world have gone against traditional values and have become increasingly more hostile to our faith and biblical values. There is even an issue of defining what is a woman or a man. People including Christians can be confused and fearful. This is why being part of a local church is so vital.
Church life is challenged by increasing individualism and isolation. Covid introduced the church to zoom, google meet and online services, as measures we had to take at that time but that is not how we are meant to do church. In countries where believers are being persecuted, like China, they continue to gather in person, often at the potential cost of their lives and the lives of their loved ones. Why do they do it? Because it is the will and heart of God to have His church gather or assemble together.
