INTRODUCTION
The Hope of Glory Centre is a place where Jonathan grew up, feeling accepted and welcomed. Jonathan said, “HGC is not a building but my home”. He walked, ran and played about in the church while his mum was working. People have asked him, “What makes you stay?” His answer was, “I stay because of the people and of all of you.” He didn’t have many friends in his high school days, in fact he was often bullied. But it was in church that he grew up and was given the platform and the acceptance to be himself. His confidence was built up through the guidance of pastors and many others. Without the church he would not be who he is today.
