INTRODUCTION
2020 – a year of abbreviations. MCO, CMCO, RMCO, TEMCO – what do they stand for? We also discussed our Word of the Year (WOTY) at the end of the 2020 but this year let us do something different – let us declare our WOTY at the start of 2021 that this is how we want our year to be like. Let us serve notice on 2021 and command the year with our WOTY. In addition, let us consider what will be our GOTY (Goal of the Year) aka as New Year Resolution in one sentence or phrase.
