INTRODUCTION
The Lord specially arranged for Ps Rachel who carries a heart for revival to speak to us on ASK FOR RAIN, especially the latter rain. Why do we need rain? Rain is needed for grass and crops to grow with the goal that there will be a good harvest. The end goal of early rain is to soften the ground for planting. The latter rain prior to harvest determines the harvest!
